Because each design is thoughtfully crafted just for you, a design deposit is required before the creative magic begins. This applies to all stationery styles and is separate from your final order total.

Once your stationery design is polished to perfection and you’ve given it the big “YES, I love it,” I’ll send over your final invoice based on whether you want them printed or not!

A quick reminder: Your order won’t be processed or sent to print until your proof is approved and your final invoice is paid. (That’s the official green light for the paper magic to begin! ✨)

If, on the rare occasion, I’m unable to take on your custom project, you’ll be notified by email and your deposit will be fully refunded.
