Ordering

Do you offer Custom Invitation Designs?

Yes, we do! For custom invitations there is a non-refundable Design Fee of $50 plus the cost of the products. For custom inquiries, please email visit this page and fill out the form to get started.

Do you offer coordinating products (cups, welcome signs, etc.)

Yes! We are happy to design coordinating items to take your party to then next level! If you'd like to add on custom party accessories, email hello@ashlynnelliff.com to get a price list and get started.

Do all invitations come with envelopes?

Yes, all of our invitations, stationery, birth announcements, and Christmas cards come with free white envelopes.

Colored envelopes are available upon request for an upcharge.

Do you offer Wholesale for stores?

Yes we can! Fill out the form here and lets chat!

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Send us an email ASAP. If your order hasn't gone to print we will chat. If it has already been printed we are unable to cancel.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We mainly ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If rush shipping is selected we will get you the best timeframe and pricing options.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you offer Rush Shipping?

If you'd like to expedite your order, please email hello@ashlynnelliff.com to see expedited shipping fees & design rush order fees if necessary.

How long does it take to get my order?

Customers typically receive their orders within 5-10 business days. Please plan accordingly when placing your order! We edit each item that is personalized then immediately print (once approved if you selected a digital proof). Once complete it will be shipped straight to the address you provided. Be sure to check your email for the invitation proof if you have requested one. Delayed proof approval can lengthen the amount of time it takes to receive your order.
