Shipping & Returns
Please allow 2-3 weeks total time for custom designs. This allows for the design time, digital proof approval, printing & production, quality check and shipping.
For rush orders shipments may ship directly from our fulfillment centers in California & Alabama.
Some custom orders will ship in more than one shipment depending on the items as we have a few different vendors (for example custom party cups & napkins could come in a different package than invitations and other paper goods).
All in stock non-personalized items (party placemats, gift tags, etc.) are shipped from Harlingen, Texas via UPS, FedEx or USPS and take 1 - 4 business days to arrive depending on your location.
Returns & Exchanges:
For non-personalized items: we will gladly exchange any item that is defective or damaged. Our exchange policy lasts 10 days after your item arrives. If 10 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and it must also be in the original packaging. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to get your exchange started and pictures (if it has been received damaged). Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Custom items may not be returned or exchanged. If your custom product arrived damaged or defective, please email email@example.com with photos and we can go over options.
